Terms & Conditions

All the items that you see on this website are the general range of goods that we keep in stock but these may be changed without notice.

All our prices include VAT @ 20% but not delivery.

Delivery charges for the UK are added during the ordering process. The charge may be less if we can reduce the postage costs, they will not be more than that shown on the invoice. We endeavour to maintain adequate stock levels but there may be times when things are in short supply. In the event that we do not have what you have ordered in stock we will obtain the item from our suppliers and forward it on to you as soon as possible. In either event money will not be taken from your credit card until the item is actually dispatched to you. We will communicate with you if there is going to be any delay in dispatching your goods to you.

All verbal orders must be confirmed by email, fax or post.

Postage
When ordering multiple items the postage will add up to a larger amount money, we will evaluate and where possible reduce the postage to take into account the overall weight and size of the total package.
If you do not wish to proceed, or you order too many items, they can be deleted by clicking on the recycling bin alongside the item in the shopping basket. If you wish to proceed with the order, click on the next button and you will be guided through the whole payment process.

Returns Policy
Wolds Target Accessories guarantee only to send you quality products and will inspect everything carefully before it leaves us making sure it is in perfect condition. We also package the products to protect the goods ensuring safe delivery in transit. However, if you do have a problem, here is what to do:

Returns
You can return anything you are not happy with within 28 days of receiving it, provided you have contacted us within 7 days of receipt advising us of its return. We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us. Until we have received the goods you are returning, they remain your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return the items. To receive a full refund, simply return the item to us in its original condition and in its original packaging within 28 days of cancellation. If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value as the item will need to be reduced in price for its resale.

Incorrect Goods
If we had sent you something that was not ordered or was not a substitute item, please contact us within 7 days informing us of the problem. You can return it within 28 working days unused in its original packaging and you will not be charged.

Damaged In Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days informing us of the problem. You can return it within 28 days for a replacement item or a refund. Please make sure you include your order number when returning the item and it is in the original packaging.

If the product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

You will receive an email detailing your order, please check this and contact us if anything is incorrect.
Your order will not be completed until after you have received a confirmation email saying your order has been received.
